Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your fragrance. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The fragrance must be at least 90% full
• The bottle and original packaging must be in good condition
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Exchanges
If you received your fragrance but did not like the scent, you may request an exchange for another fragrance within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide either:
• A free replacement, or
• A full refund, including shipping costs
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
